Unable to attend your holiday club? Make sure to contact your holiday club provider directly to cancel your space.

Spaces for the Bring it on Brum! programmes are limited and your club will be able to offer the extra free space to another young person.


Promotional Posters

The marketing pack contains a selection of posters you can print and display at your venue or around your local area, why not ask your local school to display them too? These include ‘What is Bring it on Brum!’, ‘How to Book’, ‘Feedback’ as well as our blank ‘Activity’ poster.

Feedback

During each delivery period, we ask participants, parents/ guardians and coaches to submit feedback on various parts of the programme. The feedback we receive helps us develop the programme and improve our city-wide offer.

Please display the Feedback Poster at your sessions. The QR codes link directly to our online form- this is an easy way to collect feedback instantly.

Your Area Lead may also provide you with printed feedback cards.

Please post your completed cards to:

StreetGames, 123 King Street, Clowne, Derbyshire, S43 4BS  Deadline: 2 weeks post-delivery.

Reminder: Make sure your club name is written on your feedback cards before you post them.


Booking System

Our experience tells us that the providers who include more information and images on their Co-Ordinate Sport booking page, receive bookings quicker. Our team will also use the information you provide to promote your programme across our channels.

Make sure to include information on your organisation, age range/ gender of participants, activities provided, your specialities e.g Girls only, SEND and anything else you think families may find useful!


Email Newsletter

Bring it on Brum! has a digital newsletter with an audience of over 13,000 readers. We use our newsletter to share good news stories and updates from the programme and other free opportunities across the city.
