For schools

How can your school get involved?

Step 1) Promote the programme

Step 1) Promote the programme

Print and display the Bring it on Brum! promotional posters at your school.

Parents can also sign-up for the Bring it on Brum digital newsletter to stay up to date with the latest from the programme.

Step 2) Distribute the booking codes

Familiarise yourself with the Holiday Activity and Food Programme Eligibility Criteria and share your school’s unique BIOB code with eligible families before bookings open. Eligible families will not be able to book holiday clubs without their unique BIOB code.

Your BIOB code is emailed to you from the Birmingham City Council School census team. If you don’t have your code, please email: SchoolCensus@birmingham.gov.uk.
