British Triathlon is offering all HAF providers a FREE resource to get the children active and having fun – don’t worry if you don’t have a pool or access to bikes as they’ve got you covered with some fun ideas involving nothing more than a bobble hat and some funky glasses.

The digital resource includes session plans and challenges, colouring sheets, wordsearches, quizzes, meal ideas and certificates to give the children that much needed pat on the back.
