Mental Health Workshops for Young People

Compass Birmingham supports children, young people, and families across Birmingham with their emotional wellbeing and mental health. Working with children and young people aged 5–18, our team partners closely with schools and communities to identify those who may benefit from additional support, offering free therapeutic interventions for anxiety, stress, worry, and low mood.
As part of our outreach work, we collaborate with a wide range of community organisations and are now inviting HAF providers to register their interest in working with us.
We can offer:
- Interactive one-hour workshops on topics such as:
- The 5 Ways to Wellbeing
- Building Resilience
- Understanding and Managing Anxiety
- And other wellbeing-focused themes
- Creative mindfulness sessions lasting 2–3 hours, featuring mindful arts and crafts activities. All materials are provided by us.
Sessions are delivered by two or more experienced practitioners who regularly facilitate assemblies, workshops, and parent engagement events in schools across Birmingham.
Once we receive your expression of interest, the relevant local team will get in touch to discuss your needs, explore suitable options, and make the necessary arrangements. Complete Expression of Interest Form.
