Snow Camp
Have you heard of Snow Camp? They are turning young lives around through the power of snowsports.
Through Snow Camp, young people learn how to ski as well as take part in life skills sessions, wellbeing workshops and meet other young people from the area. First Tracks is the 2-day introductory course which is taking place at Ackers Adventure, Birmingham. We have 21 places booked on 3rd and 4th August and are looking for interested young people aged 13-16 who would like to take part.
Please note that priority for available spaces will be given to organisations that have not previously participated in the Snow Camp activity.
The 2-day course is delivered by qualified ski instructors and the Snow Camp team – the Programme Manager, the Wellbeing Manager (as well as apprentices and youth volunteers who have been through the whole year-long Snow Camp journey themselves). Lunch will be provided.
